Come on in, put your bags down, kick your shoes off, pop the kettle on, put your feet up and enjoy your much needed rest - feel, and enjoy Norfolk's slower pace straight away. There's no need to rush now.

Our rooms are cosy & quaint, wonderfully cottage'y, olde English with original beams and toasty warm. With lots of woolly blankets for the colder nights, thick rugs, and squishy pillows.

 

The bnb is wonderfully clean and you can treat yourself to our fantastic breakfast hamper and enjoy breakfast in bed.

Wake up, to the morning sun peeping through the window and rise from your restful slumber - if you listen carefully, you may hear the gentle baa'ing of the sheep and the birds in the woods.

 

Keep your pyjamas on, and with your fresh breakfast, you climb back into your comfy bed with your tea and croissants...  no need to rush into a public dining room. You have your own space to enjoy your breakfast your way, your speed and in your choice of clothing.

 

You can select a hot or cold Breakfast - fancy a naughty full English traditional breakfast one day, then a cheeky bacon bap and hash browns another morning and a full continental the next day.. why not. You're on holiday. Enjoy yourself.

Late checkouts at 11 mean you can - enjoy your morning, your wonderfully fresh hot breakfast, check your emails and jump in the shower - without rushing. Remember you're still on 'Norfolk time'.
